LaughingMask was set up to provide a place for actors to find out about auditions and workshops. I hope that over time it will become a useful resource as actors learn about it and as production companies add their listings.
While there are plenty of sites and resources out there that are in a similar space, I felt that there was room for a site:
- Specifically aimed at actors
- Easy to find when searching the web for auditions
- Easy to sign up for email notifications
- Free to browse
- Free to list on
I do hope soon to include a page of links to other sites and resources that I admire or use myself. While I hope this site will be useful to actors, it will be best used in conjunction with the other great sites that are out there too
